賓館位置方便，房間環境一般。第一次線下訂房時，我特地問前台退房時間，她説是第二天下午兩點，讓我一直以為這家賓館的退房時間都是兩點。那段時間住了十天左右，前台小姐姐挺熱情，每次我從外面買吃的回來，她都會笑着問買了什麼，有時還要看看。我也不介意，還開玩笑説等我有空帶她去吃飯，她笑着答應，還加了微信。那時我真以為她是出於友好。
後來我順口補了一句“吃完飯一起去玩”，沒想到她的笑容就從聊天框裏消失——直接把我拉黑。
這次通過攜程訂房，早上十點多我説還不確定要不要續住，問是不是下午兩點退房，她立刻很堅定地説網上是12點，線下才是兩點。我這才知道原來網上退房時間不同，但在辦理入住時她並沒有提前告知。我説好就出門買東西，回來後她又特地提醒退房時間快到了，還附帶幾句暖心的話。
前後反差挺有意思：第一次是探究你的生活細節、熱情似火；等到用制度説話時，卻絲毫不含糊，還能帶着笑臉催客。建議賓館在接待時，多一些真誠和一致性，而不是讓客人誤以為規則一樣，最後再用“規定”來趕人。
畢竟，真正的熱情，不會衹在想知道你買了什麼的時候出現。

太垃圾了，步梯到三樓，裏面的環境，和旅館一樣，還沒有公寓舒服，難道對：酒店：這兩字沒有要求的嗎，那個床呀，真的是硬的無法睡，洗手間也是漲的要命，價格和人家雅好酒店差不多，環境和服務相差那麼大，關鍵是停車位也沒有，還要付錢去外面停，真的很無語了
