The room I originally booked for this B&B was priced at 2,300 yuan, but when it was time to check in, I was told that there was a risk of landslides due to heavy rain, so I was changed to a room at "HEY VILLA•熙遇私汤别墅" for 1,800 yuan. The difference was not refunded, but I was given a SPA worth 498 yuan. After checking in, objectively speaking, the soft furnishing design and service details are very good, which is an objective evaluation. But this room is really not worth 1,800 yuan, at most 800 yuan, because the room is really super small, and our two boxes (one 24 inches + one 20 inches) can only be barely placed in the aisle. This room itself (not counting the yard) is really only worth 200 yuan. There is a private hot spring bath in the yard. On rainy days, the yard is wet except for the private hot spring, and there is no use value at all. The private hot spring is still quite good, and it can be worth 200 yuan! In addition, this hotel does not have a first-line sea view. Only the third floor can barely see the sea from a distance (see the photo of the swimming pool). The swimming pool on the third floor is really small, and the water is only about one meter deep. It can only be regarded as a children's paddling pool. Let's talk about the good side objectively. The hotel is located in a villa residential area, not far from the beach, and you can walk to the beach in fifteen minutes (a small beach 70 meters long) The breakfast is quite attentive, the plate is designed, and it is worth 100 yuan! The disposable toiletries are from L'Occitane, a big brand, and the cost is 100 yuan per set! There are many things in the room that are very stylish but useless or chargeable (a basket of charged snacks + charged straw slippers), which makes the already extremely cramped room even more crowded. In addition to the room, the front desk check-in, afternoon tea and breakfast are all squeezed on the long table on the first floor. The guests eat breakfast together, which is quite crowded, but there is no way, the space of the homestay is very limited. The homestay also has a bowl chanting meditation experience, which may be more suitable for guests who are not short of money and want to experience Zen meditation! Anyway, I think for this price of around 2,000, wouldn't it be better to stay at the InterContinental Hotel or MGM Hotel in Xiaomeisha? Why should I stay at such a beautiful hotel with "high-end" photos and soft furnishings?
