The hotel service is excellent, and check-in at the front desk is very fast. It's super convenient for getting around, with a great surrounding environment. It's really close to Luohu Port and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The environment is good, the rooms are quiet and clean. Everything is great, I often stay here, and I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

We are big group of families travelling with elderly members to visit relatives in China.
The hotel offers breakfast, laundry and gym facilities.
The hotel also very close to "Dongmen Night Market", which made our stay even more convenient. Not to forget MRT just 100 meter aways from hotel which is very convenient to get around SZX cities.
The hotel also allows late checkout until 2pm, which makes it a great option to us,

The hotel management was exceptional, and the room amenities were perfect and flawless. The staff were wonderful. I'll definitely be staying here again next time. The transportation is also convenient, with a subway station right outside the entrance, which is fantastic.
