Atour Hotel Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangnorth Pedestrian Street

My stay at Atour was very pleasant. The front desk staff were well-groomed and professional, and they were warm and friendly. The check-in process was efficient and quick, and their communication was gentle and polite. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, and they were serious and meticulous in their work, providing excellent hospitality throughout my stay.

Honestly, this was a terrible experience. When I booked, it clearly stated two complimentary afternoon teas. However, when I went to the restaurant and presented the voucher, they only gave me one. I explained that it was for two, but they just brushed me off, saying 'one voucher, one serving.' I'm completely blacklisting Atour after this.

The biggest pleasant surprise at this hotel was definitely the food. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. The afternoon tea really stood out to me; the Cantonese dim sum was beautifully crafted, and they even had dishes like steamed taro with pork ribs and golden chicken feet – it was miles above your average hotel afternoon tea, so good that I'd consider staying here again just for that! The late-night supper was also very thoughtfully prepared, offering freshly made rice noodles and beef noodles, and the broth, in particular, was exceptional; I even went back for an extra bowl of just the soup. Plus, they had ice cream available every day, which was a lovely little touch. The service was also incredibly attentive. My flight was late, and the front desk readily extended my check-out time. They were very cooperative throughout the process, which made my last day much more relaxed. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, the room was very comfortable, and they provided a comprehensive set of toiletries. There's even a laundry room, so you practically don't need to bring anything yourself. The location is super convenient too, very close to Huaqiangbei, easily walkable. It's great for dining, shopping, and buying electronics. Overall, from the facilities and cleanliness to the service and dining, everything left me very satisfied. I had a wonderfully comfortable stay. It's a hotel I'd happily return to and recommend to friends.
