Quite good for the location and overall.

Location: good (Mall at downstair and MTR station nearby)
Service: good (staff was attentive and courteous)
Cleaning: so far so good.
Facilities: Room for improvement. (Furniture required touch up work and regular repairing)
Price: a bit higher and the pricing similar to Hyatt Regency for double occupancy (may be my booking date during CNY)

I felt cheated. It claims to have opened in 2013, but the facilities inside don't look like it was opened last year. It shares a front desk with another hotel, and the room types seem to be the same, but it was over a hundred yuan more expensive than the other hotel when I booked it. It feels like they just changed their name to make money.
