Stayed at this hotel with friends and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hygiene was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, with no hidden dirt or strange smells, which made us feel incredibly comfortable and safe. The hotel environment is superb and wonderfully quiet. The grounds are lush with trees, and you can't hear any outside noise from the room, creating an excellent atmosphere for relaxation. The front desk staff were highly efficient, checking us in super fast. They were professional and thoughtful, even escorting us to our room. All our requests were promptly attended to. The room facilities were also comprehensive.

I recommended this hotel to my relatives after my very first night here because of its convenient location for shopping and getting around. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. Their service is incredibly thoughtful. After check-in, a young lady helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. She was so enthusiastic and polite. The only thing that would make this place absolutely perfect is if the bathroom in my room had a separate wet and dry area.

The location is excellent, right outside is Joy City. The room comes fully equipped, you can even cook, and there's an independent washing machine. The bedding is clean, and the projector has VIP access so you can watch whatever you want. The front desk personally escorted me to the room and provided clear directions. Great value for money.

An absolutely amazing place! The stay experience here was far superior to the Hilton Garden Inn in Shunde. It was super clean, the room was soundproof, and the smart projector was a nice touch. The private balcony and private washing machine were also really convenient, especially after a trip to the beach. It's within walking distance of the commercial center around Dimension Town, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, making it very easy to get around!
