Great location, close to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. There are also many restaurants nearby, perfect for exploring the city center and attractions. The service was excellent, with a very enthusiastic staff who were helpful from check-in to check-out and quick to resolve any issues.

When I arrived to check in, I found out it wasn't the room type I booked. The front desk said that room type was no longer available. It was only after I insisted that they gave me the room type I reserved. The breakfast included in the booking turned out to be packed in a box, with a tiny bun, a small piece of cake, and a small cup of soy milk. And I had to go to the front desk to pick it up! It felt really strange. I was quite speechless.
