We love the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and the Daily housekeeping is excellent!! They even kept and return the power bank which we accidentally left behind. Delivery food is sent to our room by a robot, human staff are all approachable and helpful. Only gripe is the traffic outside the hotel is a bit chaotic and dangerous (maybe for foreigners like us).

everything was nice for us. not my type of food at the breakfast and it was hard to comunicate with th chef to make me a simple omelet so I got one full of vegetables first...but we managed. the view from the pool is stunning. rooms are very big and spacious. very clean. very high quality sheets and towels

Always great to come back here. The team always looks well after me and give me a nice room with beautiful view. We love the location and the rooftop pool is superb.

A Reception staff (a male) was not conversant in English at all and I had to speak to another one who fortunately does speak a bit of English.
Hotel facade is beautiful but lobby area was a bit underwhelming. Room was big and spacious and quality furnishing. But for such a big room only comes with one bed. Need to pay for an extra bed. Also what I find ridiculous is that room sleeps 3 persons but breakfast is only for 2. Similarly if room sleeps 2,breakfast is only for 1. This means you are “forced” to buy an additional breakfast. So ridiculous. No other hotel in the world does this, only China.

This Fraser suites's apartment is so family oriented. Thay gave us toiletries for baby (small slippers, baby shower gel + soap + baby teeth brush in Little Petit Prince packaging), big baby crib. The room is very spacious and clean. They provided new laundry powder, dishwash detegent either. Staff is friendly and can communicate well in English. Kid playroom is clean. Only thing is breakfast buffet is always crowded and the taste is not really good. Other than that is defnitely can make me and my family want to come back again
