I was absolutely smitten by the hotel's sky garden – it's stunning! The location is fantastic too, right in the heart of the business district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. It's also close to the subway, which saves a lot of hassle when going anywhere. The room itself was clean and tidy, with elegant and stylish decor. The lighting was warm and soft, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up, and I slept soundly until morning. The air conditioning worked great, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and detailed in their service – so gentle and patient. They responded promptly to all requests. Because I was on a tight schedule, I asked if they could help dry my laundry and send it back to my room, and they were more than happy to assist, which was truly heartwarming. The hotel's toiletries had a fresh, high-end scent and felt great to use, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly prepared hot dishes, fresh fruit, and aromatic coffee. The taste was excellent, making for a comfortable and satisfying meal. When checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings behind. The hotel found them and contacted me immediately, then carefully packaged and shipped them back to me. The whole process was efficient and responsible, which was incredibly reassuring and touching. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. The service was thoughtful and on point, the environment was comfortable, and it offered excellent value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and I'll definitely be back!

It's an old hotel that's been renovated. The hygiene wasn't great, with obvious stains on the nightstand. The service, however, was quite good, and the location is convenient, right on the main road, making it very easy to get to Huaqiangbei. There's also a parking lot.

Whenever I'm in Shenzhen, this is my go-to hotel. It's conveniently located, clean, and offers a great variety for breakfast. I always recommend it to my friends, and they've enjoyed their stays here too. All in all, it's a consistently good experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again.
