（位置）首先地理位置方便，在崗廈和崗廈北兩個地鐵站之間，距離都不遠，而走幾步在另外一家酒店外面也可以隨時打到的士。酒店附近就有不少餐廳，然後有幾個大商場也很近。所以價格可能貴在地理位置上了吧。（衞生）衞生算合格。枕頭和被單都沒有異味，睡了個不錯的覺。但是廁所的下水道偶爾偶爾有一點點味道，不影響使用的。所以沒關係。（房間）考慮到價格，所以訂的是假窗的房間。其實在市中心，有窗也看不到什麼好看的風景，如果一個人不介意的話，假窗完全沒有問題。（服務）值得表揚的是工作人員的服務態度，會主動問好。尤其前台的工作人員，還會問要不要帶水，要不要吃的之類的。（小建議）洗漱用品，部分已經少於一半了，建議可以添加一下，提升服務體驗。還有就是前台工作人員沒有凳子坐，全程站着服務。一個酒店除了對客人友好以外，可以再對自己的員工也友好一點嗎？作為客人，並不想看到前台人員一直那麼辛苦。

The room is very clean and hygienic. The location is near the subway and at the front desk we received very polite service attitude from Lusy. We will sure come back the next time we visit Shenzhen.
