The twin rooms come with two 1.35-meter beds, so there's plenty of space when traveling with kids – super comfortable. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's clean and cozy, just enough to fill you up before heading out. Every evening, after a day of sightseeing, the front desk would offer a refreshing cold dessert soup – one sip and all the heat would vanish, instantly revitalizing us! Plus, they have free laundry service, which is incredibly useful for families with children. Compared to typical chain hotels, this place offers a unique warmth and personal touch. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was enthusiastic and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The service is great and the hygiene is good. It's close to Gangxia Metro Station, Futian High-speed Rail Station, and convenient for shopping at Excellence Centre. I'll definitely come again. It's also very convenient for Futian Exhibition Centre.
