Doubletree by Hilton Shenzhen Bay

This hotel is located on the 20th floor of Baidu Building, and its design is absolutely fantastic, very much in line with the latest trends. The 270-degree panoramic window offers breathtaking views of the 'Spring Bamboo Shoot' and 'Spring Cocoon' buildings, as well as the stunning seascape of Shenzhen Bay. The outdoor sky garden at the reception is also incredibly comfortable. The room facilities are all excellent. The only minor issue I'd like to point out is that, perhaps due to anticipated holiday crowds, the omelets at the live cooking station during the breakfast buffet were pre-cooked. By the time we got them to our table, they were cold. My family members had the same experience, so it wasn't an isolated incident. I hope this can be improved upon.

The hotel stay was incredibly comfortable, and the service manager was exceptionally warm and attentive. They even sent the hotel's location in advance, which was super convenient. The hotel also boasts a sky garden and a gym. Definitely my first choice when visiting Shenzhen.

The room was spacious and clean, the hotel is quite new, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. I would definitely book again. Downsides: The shower didn't have a caddy for toiletries, and the room's curtains could offer better blackout.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with their signature warm cookies, which felt both thoughtful and special. The room was clean, tidy, and had excellent natural light. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the 'Spring Bamboo' building and the Shenzhen Bay nightscape. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. The location is superb, close to the metro, shopping districts, and parks, making getting around very convenient. Breakfast was extensive and fresh, and the service was attentive to every detail. Overall, it felt upscale and considerate, perfect for both business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The hotel's location is exceptional, situated on Shenzhen's best street. The 20th floor had a wonderful festive atmosphere, with claw machines, giant teddy bears, rocking horses, and an ice cream machine – so much to see! Simon at the front desk was very welcoming and hospitable. It was a very pleasant stay just before the New Year!
