The hotel facilities are new, and every staff member is warm and attentive. The location is excellent, close to Shenzhen Bay Park and Talent Park. You can directly access MixC shopping mall from the basement. Free parking is available, making it great for those traveling by car. It offers excellent value for money.

The most comforting stop on my trip! Orange Crystal is like a warm old friend; the inviting fragrance in the lobby instantly makes you relax upon entering. The room was clean and cozy, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing excellent. The smart devices were also convenient to use. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. They even provided welcome fruit and evening tea, showing such thoughtful details that made the stay feel secure and comfortable.

My stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel Shenzhen Bay MixC far exceeded my expectations! The lobby design was incredibly atmospheric. The executive lounge in the evening had a great vibe, and the room was quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. I also loved the soothing scent of the sleep-aid aromatherapy in the room. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Plus, there's a robot delivery service! The location is super convenient for both dining and sightseeing. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Talent Park, which is perfect for an evening stroll to watch the sunset and admire the 'Spring Bamboo' building – you really get a sense of Shenzhen's vibrant energy there. The service truly warmed my heart! I had a minor issue with a food delivery during my stay, and after I reported it to the front desk, the staff responded immediately and handled it with such professionalism and speed. It instantly made my day. There's complimentary self-serve coffee at the front desk, and honestly, I didn't expect much, but the Americano was surprisingly good! I made sure to grab a cup every morning before heading out. What impressed me most was the free laundry service! You just put your clothes in the laundry bag, hang it on the door, and the staff takes care of it and returns it to you. You don't have to worry about going to the laundry room yourself, which is incredibly convenient for travelers! Just a small suggestion: During my stay, I noticed some tiny damp-related flies in the bathroom. I assume it's due to the humid and rainy weather common in the south. Perhaps improving dehumidification and pest control could be considered.

This is always my first choice when I visit Shenzhen Bay. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent, and the staff are warm and attentive. The location is unbeatable. A big thank you to the front desk staff for the thoughtful souvenir! And thank you again for the gifts!

This will be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Shenzhen. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to MixC shopping mall. The breakfast spread is extensive, and they even offer a late-night snack. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the sea view from the room is stunning.

I stayed at Orange Hotel Crystal in Beijing before and had a great, clean experience. So, when I came to Shenzhen this time, I booked it right away. The front desk staff was excellent; they upgraded me to a room with a small window for ventilation. From the room, you could see some of the sea and the 'Bamboo Shoot' building. The location is incredibly convenient; you can directly access MixC shopping mall without going outside the building, and Houhai subway station is right next door. It's really worth it!
