房間a很爛，廁所很爛，廁所門鎖壞了把我朋友困在洗手間十幾分鍾，酒店處理完也沒有和我們解釋以及事後的處理措施根本沒有，洗手間有下水道的異味出來，總之很差勁，是我住過最差的全季

Returned to this hotel in Shenzhen after exploring other parts of China due to its convenient location and spacious business suite room. The room assigned was old with a noisy air-con compressor, and parts of the room’s wooden flooring is peeling off. Nonetheless good in cleanliness
