My overall stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The room itself was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so soft, I slept soundly. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, checking me in very efficiently. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I'll be back again!

Conveniently located at the heart of 南山. Walking distance to 深大南 metro station. Felt safe as the police station and university is just right beside the building. However, room lighting was slightly too dim to our liking.. Corridor lights can be brighter too. Overall service and cleanliness at this hotel is great.

The room was incredibly dirty. When I first walked in, all I noticed was a wall, but when I lay down at night, I saw mold on the air conditioning unit, and stains all over the walls. I had planned to stay two nights but canceled one after seeing the room. The next day, I had planned to take my child out, but the moldy air from the AC made us feel so unwell that we had to see a doctor in the afternoon. My child ended up with a fever of 38 degrees and an upper respiratory infection. Following this incident, the hotel contacted me, offering a 10% discount and a 100 yuan subsidy, but *insisted* I leave a positive review. I spent over 1000 yuan on two rooms, and another 500+ yuan on medical bills. I simply cannot bring myself to do something so disingenuous. They also had the nerve to ask why I didn't tell them sooner so they could switch rooms. When I checked in promptly at 12 PM, they told me both family rooms were unavailable and told me to go out for a while. Now they're turning around and saying I didn't ask to switch rooms. It makes you wonder how many of their positive reviews are actually genuine. It's clear the hotel is more focused on how to get positive reviews for 100 yuan rather than improving their hygiene. Avoid this place like the plague.

Took a taxi directly from Shenzhen North Station. The bathroom and shower were very clean, and the service was friendly. It's not far from Shenzhen Bay Park, so I'll consider staying here again for birdwatching next Spring Festival. Suitable for both business and leisure travel.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and even helped me with a room upgrade. All the facilities are new, and I really like the design and layout, which made for a very peaceful sleep.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. If you're in a hurry, you can even get it to go. The front desk on the first floor offers late-night wontons, fruit, and drinks. For this location, getting a room with a window and good ventilation like this is incredibly good value for money. My only minor suggestion would be to have more individual controls for the bedside lighting. Some lights in the bedroom couldn't be turned on independently and only worked with the master switch.
