Booked a premium twin room. Our flight was delayed, and after confirming our new arrival time, the hotel staff (the lady at the front desk) proactively contacted us and upgraded our room for free. The service was excellent! The room was very clean, and uniquely, the bath towels came in individual sealed bags. This was our first time staying here, and since we weren't familiar with the area, the hotel also gave us breakfast vouchers, which solved our dilemma of what to eat. The breakfast had a great variety of snacks and pastries – my travel companion loved it! We both agreed it was fantastic. Thumbs up!

This was my first stay here, and I got a free upgrade to the best room type! They even provided a thoughtful sago dessert as a late-night snack. The value for money is absolutely amazing!

The room was quite spacious. The only slight issue was that food delivery took a bit long, but all the hotel staff were really nice.

After the college entrance exam, I took my child on a trip. This hotel offered great value for money. In the evening, we went to MixC World, which had tons of delicious food, and we even saw the Giant Exhibition. Getting around was super convenient. When we returned to the hotel at night, there were even desserts available. The breakfast the next morning was very rich and satisfying. Overall, I was very pleased.

The room was very large, comfortable, and quite spacious. The cleanliness was also good. Downstairs on the first floor, there's a coffee and milk tea shop, and they even serve traditional sweet soups at night. Food deliveries are brought up by a robot. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was clean and odor-free. All the towels and disposable cups were sealed in plastic, which made them feel much more hygienic. It's only a few hundred meters from MixC World, so walking there with kids was no problem. Ordering takeout was also super convenient, with a robot delivering it right to the room.

The room was very clean and they even provided complimentary fruit. There's free sweet soup available every day, and the breakfast spread is excellent. Every staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I initially only booked for the 3rd, but when I extended my stay, they even gave me a discount. This is a truly excellent hotel with great value for money. Highly recommended!
