The room was spacious and well-laid-out, with a convenient location. Overall, it met expectations, though there's a little room for improvement in the details. The self-service laundry room was clean, with separate washers and dryers – a blessing for business travelers. It's close to Tian'an Cloud Valley, making it very convenient for business trips. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, tasted good, and items were replenished promptly. The room facilities were new, and the touch-control switches plus Bluetooth speaker were thoughtful touches. The hallway was tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. LLLL.

The exterior looks a bit dated, but the room itself is pretty good, and the breakfast buffet is quite generous.

Whenever I'm in Shenzhen for a business trip, Laifeng Hotel (Shenzhen North Station Gangtou Branch) is my top choice – the experience is simply fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to Gangtou subway station and only 600 meters from Huawei's headquarters, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers. Plus, the Tian'an Cloud Valley commercial area is nearby, offering dining and entertainment all in one place. The room was spotless, with a lovely lavender fragrance throughout. The custom mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and combined with the five-star linens, I had a perfectly restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even offered a comforting floral tea, making me feel right at home. The smart panel allows for one-touch control of lights and air conditioning, which is super convenient for those who love ease. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water is instant. The specially formulated lavender toiletries are mild and non-irritating, and you can even enjoy soothing music while showering, which instantly melts away travel fatigue.

The in-room facilities are quite comprehensive, but the cleanliness is just average. There was a humidifier in the room, but it had old water in it with a thick layer of scale. Occasionally, there was a strange smell coming from the sink drain. The cleanliness and management of public areas also need improvement. Despite 'no smoking' signs in the lobby, people were still smoking on the first floor and in the elevators, and there was no staff to enforce the rule. The building where the hotel is located also houses other establishments like internet cafes on some floors, leading to a mixed crowd. One day, someone even vomited in the elevator after drinking. The self-service laundry room was unmanaged; clothes left in the washing machine for two hours after washing were still there, untouched.

The room was tiny, and the air conditioning was too smart for its own good – it kept turning itself on and off. To make matters worse, there was construction noise right next door, which made getting a good night's sleep impossible.

The hotel offers excellent privacy; you need to use your key card to access the elevator, which feels very secure! The 24-hour self-service laundry room is incredibly practical. The room was clean and tidy, the service was attentive, and it's fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be back!
