The hotel’s service and atmosphere were outstanding. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, including a pleasing assortment of dim sum for morning tea. Although the infinity pool didn't provide much of a view, the swimming experience was enjoyable, and backstroking under the building's impressive architecture added a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The suite included a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak, as well as a designated work area, which was both convenient and well-appointed. The comfort and tranquility of the suite made the stay even more enjoyable. What particularly impressed me was the excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They carefully arranged my stuffed animals, tucking them in and covering them with the blanket as if they were cozily resting. This thoughtful gesture added a personal and charming touch to my stay. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

Very clean & comfortable room. Every thing in room worked. House keeping was efficient. Front desk could be better with knowledge of English, & ability to provide recommendations & informations of interests to tourists. Inaccurate information & bad advice on airport processes duration caused us to miss our flight by 10 min., resulting in a loss of ¥6060 on air ticket rebooking, and a night of sleeping out at the airport to catch a next day flight. Please advise properly regards airport information.

Has been staying for many days, the hotel overall feeling very good, although it has been open for many years, but the facilities and equipment maintenance is still very good, especially there is a small kitchen, especially suitable for long-term business trips or family travel, very convenient, the front desk service staff is also very polite, take the initiative to introduce the package service content contained in the room. The next morning, I also went to experience the breakfast, which was very rich and belonged to the buffet breakfast, with various products, a combination of Chinese and Western, and also provided meals for children, which was very thoughtful. My only regret is that I visited the outdoor swimming pool of the hotel, but due to the weather, I could not go there and experience it again in the summer. In short, in Nanshan District is a very cost-effective hotel, very recommended [love][love][love][love]
