Wojia LOFT Boutique Apartment (Shenzhen North Railway Station)

Very close to Shenzhen railway station. Was open and spacious. Relatively clean but could have been a bit cleaner. Overall was a good place for price.

Great appartment, very close to the highspeed railway station and very convenient. Lots of shops and restaurant around. Very quiet.

Dusty, dodgy, creepy… this is our overall experience with this apartment. Full of cigarettes smell. Toilet is small. We don’t enjoy the stay at all.

1. The delivery of room unit is not on-time. The excuses of previous tenant have not check out on time is not acceptable. We pay the rent & we expect to take the unit on time. We have to wait 2 to 3 hours for the key & wait for cleaning process. We travel from overseas and carry 3 large luggage. It is just not convenient. 2. This apartment allow smoking in the unit. It is not acceptable where the sofa, the bedsheet, the whole unit is smell of smoke. In fact, all occupant of this building all smoke inside the building. Smoke travel through sewerage pipe & air vent get inside our units at 1am & 4am at night. 3. The cleanliness is not up to standard. While we are staying we requested cleaning services once. After cleaning, i still saw dirty mark and stain at toilet floor & tooth paste at basin. 4. BED BUGS & COCKROACHES! My family and I got bed bug bites after staying there for 4 nights. Please keep this in mind and note that they only clean your room if requested.

The 2 rooms service apartment is very spaces with 2 floors .The problem is the lower floor toilet water flow design is totally out , after shower the whole toilet was flooded so our legs still soak into the dirty water that can flow out in time . Very bad design . The second room is really small and cannot put in any luggage bag . Need rooms for improvement.
