Overall stay was very nice and location was good. Near to MTR and Train station, 10 minutes walk to Luohu Port.
Due to some special circumstance, i would like to thank Xiao Liang, Eva and Zihan for helping to make my stay comfortable.
Will consider to stay again.

Air conditioner so good, Aya and Xiao Yu so friendly they offer us coffee and everything we need. The hotel is clean and very close to terminal.

The towels were disposable, and the front desk staff, Xiaoyu and Zihan, provided excellent service. They also offered a late check-out.

Had a pleasant stay at Innogo @ Luohu. Close to Metro and plenty of restaurants nearby and amenities. Room is clean and quite bare. I like the idea of using disposable towels which is more hygienic. One thing that bothers me is quite a few smokers smoking near the room corridors.
Overall a decent place to stay and value for money..

The room did not match the website description. Although the front desk helped resolve the issue, I am not entirely satisfied. I hope the website can provide more detailed descriptions to avoid misleading guests into making incorrect bookings.

The location is convenient for getting around, and the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast was plentiful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Beautiful environment and warm service! 👍👍👍
