Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen

The room is spacious and well-maintained, even if it's not brand new, making for a pleasant stay. There's a large park right below the big glass windows, complete with tennis courts. It's incredibly convenient, as you can access Futian Station right downstairs. Dining is also a breeze; breakfast is plentiful, and the Xiangfang restaurant in the lobby offers great value for money for lunch and dinner.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is right above Futian High-Speed Rail Station, which made traveling to Hong Kong incredibly convenient. I could get to the station just ten minutes before my train. It was truly excellent. Although the hotel has a classic, older feel, it still offers top-notch service and standards. Really fantastic, I loved it so much. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of delicious Cantonese dishes available right there. It was truly great. Highly recommended! The surrounding shopping areas are also super close. Next time I'm in the area, this will be my first choice!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is great. The pool is clean and uncrowded, and they even offer ginger tea and lemon water. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel.

Right by Futian High-Speed Rail Station, which was super convenient coming from Hong Kong by high-speed rail. There are plenty of attractions, shopping malls, and subway lines nearby, making it perfect for sightseeing. The hotel facilities are decent, and the service is great too!

1. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the receptionist who checked me in was quite sharp-tongued and perhaps not the best fit for a front desk role. Maybe it's a case of a big hotel acting snobbish. 2. The complimentary water in the room was clearly the cheapest kind, probably costing around 60 cents a bottle wholesale. It really didn't match the hotel's supposed quality!

The room was clean, tidy, bright, and the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent. I highly recommend it.
