The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right in the bustling city center yet manages to be a quiet, standalone property, truly a hidden gem amidst the hustle and bustle. The subway station is also super close, just a two or three-minute walk, making getting around incredibly easy. The entire room is equipped with smart devices, and it's spotlessly clean. The room was fairly clean, but there was a strong musty smell inside. The switch and outlet on the headboard wall were loose, so I couldn't charge my devices. The owner said they'd fix it as soon as possible, and their service attitude was very good. Overall, the room space was a bit cramped. On the plus side, there were many places to eat nearby, though there was some road construction making the streets narrow.

The soundproofing is incredibly, incredibly poor. The windows don't seal properly, and the walls are paper-thin. I could hear every word spoken in the next room clearly. Luckily, the front desk attendant was very helpful; after I complained about the noise, he immediately went to talk to the other guests. However, the soundproofing was still really bad!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation, just a six or seven-minute walk from the subway station. The room facilities are great, very clean and tidy, and the mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable. The hot water comes quickly, and everything is well-equipped. The service is very good and attentive; the front desk lady was extremely helpful and kind. I look forward to staying here again!

A memorable experience from start to finish. I don’t normally ever leave a review, but for some reason, this property compelled me to do so. As someone who sells ultra luxury goods for a living the service, staff, rooms, amenities, food, etc. were all top-notch and world class. The attention to detail put a smile on my face everyday. My wife and I enjoyed our day so much that we already began to look at rebooking before we even left. 10 out of 10 would recommend and the proximity to the Ginza shopping is perfect. This Four Seasons is tough NOT to give a 5/5 stars.

A very satisfying stay! The environment was great, and the front desk service was excellent; check-in was quick. The room had complete amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also breakfast, and when I couldn't find the location at first, the front desk lady even came out to escort us. Many thanks! 😊
