This was my first stay at a Park Hyatt, and it exceeded my expectations! **Facilities**: Comprehensive and well-maintained. The pool water was clean, and the changing rooms had hot and cold plunge pools, a sauna, a steam room, and even a 'tropical rainforest' setting in the special showers – I almost wanted to eat an orange in there, haha! The gym was fully equipped with ellipticals, stair climbers, and rowing machines, perfectly meeting my needs. I went twice during my stay and even got another InBody analysis in the yoga room. **Cleanliness**: Excellent. The room was meticulously cleaned. **Ambiance**: Fantastic. The guest rooms had a proper wet/dry separation, and I really appreciated the non-smoking room. The subtle aromatherapy was very soothing. The minibar was well-stocked with all the essentials. I had a comfortable and restful night's sleep. **Service**: The service was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was so welcoming, greeting me proactively and asking about my needs. My luggage was delivered to the room after I arrived. Although I declined turndown service, they still provided a pillow spray, eye mask, and earplugs. They kindly extended my check-out time by an hour. When I asked if I could keep a room key as a souvenir upon check-out, they actually gave me a whole box of them! **Welcome Fruit**: The mini apricots were delicious and in season. **Breakfast**: A la carte, which I prefer for its lighter style. The abalone noodles, eggs Benedict, and siu mai were all great, and I especially loved the matcha waffles – so tasty! And seriously, the croissants from the buffet area were divine, truly their signature item. They felt so indulgent and high in calories, but in the best way, haha. The bircher muesli was also incredibly delicious! My first impression and experience were absolutely superb. I honestly can't think of any downsides right now.

Staying at the Park Hyatt on my birthday, alone. Here's my overall impression: 1. I'd noted it was my birthday, and they decorated with roses. However, the roses stained my clothes and the bed with colors that wouldn't wash out. Other requested items were only provided after I asked, and they claimed it was a customer service oversight. Extremely frustrating 😓. 2. The room was tiny, I really disliked it. 3. The bathroom and shower room smelled awful, and the walls were yellow. 4. After I left some items behind, I called ahead to confirm they had them. When I returned to the hotel, they spent a full 40 minutes unable to find my belongings. Their handover process is absolutely terrible. Throughout this, no one from management came to help resolve the issue. I just left without my items. My overall impression of this hotel is that the management is incredibly chaotic, the training is poor, and the staff are very inexperienced and unprofessional. I had a really disappointing birthday, and I will never stay at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen again!

very nice service，I accidentally booked 2 hotels on the same day （usually trip.com will warn me on this but not this time）The guy served me asked me to call trip.com and he will approve this change for me. the pool is nice and the hot bath in changing room was nice too similar to peninsula in hk.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around. Futian Station, which takes you to Hong Kong, is just a short walk away. Plus, there are tourist attractions like Civic Center and Shenzhen Museum nearby. The hotel itself is like an art gallery, with lots of beautiful paintings.

Check-in was super fast, and the front desk staff were really friendly. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was also good; I wasn't disturbed by any noise at night. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

It was pretty good. I had dinner at the top of Ping An Finance Center before and thought the Park Hyatt was in the main, tallest tower. I was a bit disappointed to find it in the annex tower, which isn't as high. Also, some cherries were moldy, but they compensated me with a fruit platter and a gift, which was nice. The ambiance was excellent, and the breakfast was high quality.

My business trip to Shenzhen this time exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star review! The hotel's design is very distinctive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The high-floor view was expansive, making it perfect for a short business stay. You can even walk to popular photo spots; the iconic Ping An Finance Center is just a short stroll across the road!

Although I only stayed for a single night, it was a truly memorable experience, especially waking up on a high floor to such a beautiful sunrise. The service throughout was exemplary, with the staff being both intuitive and remarkably attentive. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast, which featured a superlative variety of dim sum and Western dishes, alongside an amazing selection of fresh fruits and juices. I also enjoyed a facial at the spa, where the therapist was clearly very experienced; I especially appreciated their discretion, as they knew precisely when to chat and when to let me relax in silence.
