L.GEM Hotel

The hotel location is excellent, right by the road and not far from the subway station. I was traveling with two seniors and asked the front desk if we could have a late check-out until 3 PM. To my surprise, after they checked with their manager, they proactively extended it until 4 PM! We had a high-speed train at 4:50 PM, so this was incredibly touching. Such a thoughtful hotel! I highly recommend GreenTree Inn!

The location of Lvjing Hotel is absolutely unbeatable, right in Futian CBD, next to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and business. However, the hotel has clearly been around for a while, and the room facilities show their age, especially the gym. It's quite small with limited equipment. What bothered me most was a faint, musty smell in the room, as if coming from the carpet or air conditioning. People sensitive to smells might find it unpleasant. Thankfully, the front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and professional, which definitely earned back some points. If you're not particularly bothered by the age of the facilities and prioritize convenience, then it's a decent option for a short business trip.

The environment and service at Perfect World are ideal for business trips and meetings. It's quiet and comfortable, which makes communication very efficient. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a place for business discussions.

The room was very clean, and it's a great value-for-money hotel. It's in a fantastic location in Futian District, Shenzhen, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are also many shopping malls nearby. It was clean, just a bit old.

I've stayed here many times, and I'm generally quite satisfied. This time, I was given a VR experience room. Out of curiosity, I tried it for a while, but then I got so dizzy I had to lie down immediately 😂. I actually had some work to do, but the VR equipment took up the small desk, which was a bit inconvenient. There was a pillow by the bed, made of memory foam or latex, but it didn't seem to be for use (no pillowcase). It felt more like a display for promotion, which was a bit odd. The surrounding area is excellent, with Hema, KFC, Starbucks, convenience stores, and several restaurants and bakeries in the podium building. There are even more shops and eateries within walking distance. Parking is free, but you have to register at the lobby every time you leave, which is a minor hassle.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The room layout was well-designed, clean, tidy, and odorless. The hotel's location is also very convenient. If I get the chance to visit this area again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Excellent, absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time. My kids loved it, and it's super convenient having Hema (grocery store) right outside for groceries. Highly recommend for families with children. It's good, haha, really good!

Good value for money. It's located in a residential area with plenty of dining options nearby. The bathroom details show a bit of age, though.

This was by far my worst experience staying at Lvjing. I've stayed here many times before, but this time was truly terrible. Everyone, please avoid room 1701. My mom and I felt uneasy as soon as we entered the room. Later, around 2:00 AM, I woke up from a nightmare and kept having them, I was absolutely terrified. I immediately called the front desk to switch rooms and moved to the 9th floor. That room was older, had no bathtub, and I couldn't open the window, but I didn't mind those things. The main point is, I've never encountered anything like this at a hotel before. I will never stay at this hotel again.
