Thought I would give the Vienna Hotel another chance, considering this branch was in the perfect location for my weekend plans. Unfortunately I regretted this decision almost immediately. Despite having my trip.com receipt and my passport ready, the front desk staff were insistent about me rebooking the room at nearly double the price. When I refused, they finally checked my booking and saw I had already paid. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but was still shown to an ancient, dingy room on the 12th floor that reeked of mould and cigarettes. Well, at least it had a window. Safe to say that I will not be wasting my time, or money, on the Vienna Hotel again.

Very nice hotel pretty close to the subway station. Very comfy bed and great to rest. The hotel staff is quite experienced. Great chain

A very bad experience, the TV is broken, the door lock is broken, and the shower is hot and cold. More importantly, the service awareness of the front desk staff is too poor and unqualified.

我入住主要是出來玩，然後旁邊衹有這個酒店我覺得還可以，畢竟我也納嘛，我覺得維也納的床還是很好的，軟軟的，他們這個酒店離交通地鐵道都挺近的，然後再加上我那個時候入住前台服務員，小哥哥都特別熱情，挺好的。

出差不知道選什麼酒店，就選連鎖品牌的就好，這次附近有維也納，毫不猶豫定了，依然沒有讓人失望，酒店很乾凈，入住很舒服，推薦

距離五和地鐵站有段距離，吐槽關於設施的幾點:一是門口停車幾輛，搞得拉着行李箱進門有點費勁。二是居然是普通液晶電視而不是智能電視，惡搞的是想看電視居然費半天勁才在電視機後面找到插頭。其它沒有槽點

真的很難想象發生這種事，深圳最近降温，為了洗個舒服的熱水澡專門帶了浴巾這些出來開鐘點房，一點左右入住，因為之前看評論有説過洗澡問題，所以入住時專門請前台給我安排一個正常洗澡的房間。等我點了個外賣吃完準備洗澡，發現水温不足，是温水不是熱水，於是電話前台，前台説今天才上輔熱設備，所以水温確實不足，可能要到再燒一會水才能變熱。於是我衹好又等了半個小時左右，發現水依舊是温的，致電前台，前台説去核實水温，找人上來給我們看，等了半天也沒人上來，衹好又打電話，電話説去樓頂核實了水温40度，我要求來房間核實，經理核實完也説水確實是温的沒法洗澡。然後這個人説要彙報經理，結果就一去不復返了。要到退房都沒人聯繫我，最後我沒成澡衹好退房，前台完全不提任何解決方案，還是我主動提起這件事。最後過了半天才説讓我加微信解決，給的方案是讓我下次去住200一晚上。我本來就是來你這洗澡的，如果你不能住，為什麼不提前説讓我退房給我退錢，不僅沒洗成澡，還耽誤我的時間，白白浪費幾個小時。

設施不算完備，沒有冰箱及衣櫃，只有一個高腳衣架，但整體衞生算是不錯。另外要欣賞的是有髮圈、牙線及創可提供，不過要自行到服務台取。最後是男士入住的話要自備剃鬍鬚用品，因房間內沒有提供。

酒店環境不錯，房間衞生整潔，前台經理挺熱情的，地理位置優越，離華為很近，距離高鐵站相對也比較近，出行方便，下次出差還會選擇這裏
