The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to many restaurants, shopping malls, and the subway station, making it very convenient. The room itself was okay, but the cigarette smell was extremely strong. Even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room, the odor was so bad that I could hardly sleep. If you're sensitive to smoke, this may not be the best choice. But if you're a smoker, you probably won't have any issues and may find this hotel suitable.

Good price, Good location near the train (Yannan_Exit C or D) station with plenty of food options nearby. However, the hotel failed to provide a proper non-smoking room despite my request. A room I was given had ashtrays, and cigarette smell was noticeable. Soundproofing was also very poor, with noise and flushing sounds clearly heard from neighboring rooms. The property is much older than it appears in the photos.

The lady at the hotel front desk was very kind and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and upgraded us to a room with a projector, which was a nice experience. I chose this hotel because it's close to the subway, and it truly is; the subway station is about a minute's walk from the hotel entrance.

The location is good if you need to be near the electronic area, near access to subway, Walmart and restaurants... the booking provided a 3gb esim... that was just amazing, it helped a lot.. will definitely stay again if visiting Shenzhen in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located near Exit C of Yannan subway station, making it easy to find. The front desk staff provided good service, and the beds were clean. However, it was incredibly noisy, very noisy. The soundproofing in the room was poor, and my room was close to the public laundry room. I could clearly hear everything: rooms being cleaned, other guests chatting and talking on the phone in the hallway, and the sound of toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. The door seemed to only block the view. Plus, every few minutes there was a 'thump, thump, thump' sound from upstairs, tormenting my ears regularly. The room cleaning was too frequent, and the 'do not disturb' sign was completely ignored. The cleaning staff even asked why I was always in the room and not going out... As someone with low energy, I felt quite offended. Couldn't you be a bit less intrusive about guests' privacy, especially when it doesn't affect your work?

It's very close to Huaqiangbei and within walking distance. You can also store your luggage for free after check-out. A good choice!
