The Grand Hyatt Shenzhen (Investment Building) has a great location in Futian Financial Center, with convenient access to the subway and high-speed rail. The rooms are quiet, and the staff are warm and attentive. I've stayed here multiple times.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and they replenished our toiletries promptly. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast spread was also excellent! Highly recommend! This time, my family and I stayed with our children, and they even upgraded our room type.

This hotel is super close to Futian Metro Station, making its location excellent, especially for those traveling from Futian by high-speed rail. The service attitude was great; during the May Day holiday, the front desk even had special activities to recommend. Plus, we got a complimentary upgrade to experience the hotel breakfast, which was delicious! Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Futian High-Speed Rail Station. It has that classic state-owned enterprise charm, with spacious, clean, and tidy rooms. They even included breakfast, making it great value for money.

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's perfectly connected to both the subway and high-speed rail stations, right outside the exit. It's super convenient for getting anywhere, especially for those needing to take the Futian high-speed rail or subway. While the facilities are a bit old and the room feels dated, like something out of a 80s or 90s Hong Kong drama, and the number of power outlets is limited. However, the room is very spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive; you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. Service-wise, it's really thoughtful. There were umbrellas prepared in the room, and the shower even had extra non-slip slippers and a bath mat – full marks for attention to detail. What was most touching was that they knew we had to catch a flight and kindly packed us some free snacks and milk. Although we didn't get to drink the milk, their thoughtfulness really touched us!

Excellent location! There's parking available, and Futian Station is right at the entrance – a top choice if you're taking the high-speed train! The rooms are a bit old but quite spacious. The breakfast is simple but well-balanced and nutritious!
