My three-day stay was excellent! The breakfast included delicious boiled noodles with flavorful braised meat, yam, and broccoli. It was healthy and freshly prepared, much better than the pre-made dishes often found in many hotels. On our first night, we arrived quite late, and the lady at the front desk immediately assigned us room 310. For the price in Shenzhen, I felt it was incredibly good value. Even though the hotel is by the road, there was absolutely no noise. It wasn't until the second and third days that I realized the hotel had two wings, A and B. After speaking with staff, we were able to stay in Wing A, which was convenient because it's close to the restaurant and has robots that deliver takeout. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and approachable, especially the cleaning aunties who were all so energetic and smiley. There's also a laundry and drying service on the top floor. I look forward to staying here again!

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and it's conveniently located near a mall, the subway, and plenty of places to eat and play.

I really love this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town! A special shout-out to the front desk staff – their service was amazing and so dedicated. My charger broke, and the front desk lady patiently helped me find multiple chargers and power strips until my phone could charge. This is a really great hotel. This Lavande branch is much better than many 4- and 5-star hotels I've stayed in, and it's incredibly clean. Even with my sensitive skin, I felt so comfortable sleeping there. It's a hotel worth saving! 👍 Wishing them great business!

The service and facilities at this hotel are really good, definitely recommend it. The price is also very reasonable. The only thing is, the shower door needs to be repaired; it doesn't close properly, so the water tends to splash out easily.

Overall is average

The overall performance of this hotel is really average, the room facilities are very simple, the basic decoration is very monotonous, there is no character and construction at all. The lighting is seriously inadequate, the light is very dim, it feels overwhelming to live in, the hygiene and environment are only just qualified, not good value for money, not very recommended to stay.

Basic hotel services prices can be the disadvantage is that there is no subway nearby

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's just a few minutes away from the subway. It's opposite Zhenghaiya Colorful City. It's super convenient to buy food and entertainment. There are many snacks next to the mall, which is very attractive. However, the hotel is average in hygiene, the toilet board is loose, and the windows are in heavy rain. It's a bit watery, but overall it's very acceptable, and it's mainly cheap.
