The moment you step in, you're greeted with a clean atmosphere. All the utilities like water, electricity, and internet are fully functional and reliable. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and the common areas are elegant and spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied with my short stay.

My stay at this hotel was not very comfortable, and overall it feels like the property is quite old and in need of upgrading. The room was very small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around or store luggage. The bed was not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hair dryer would overheat and stop working, and I had to wait for it to cool down before I could use it again, which was inconvenient. Overall, the facilities feel outdated and do not meet basic comfort expectations. The hotel should consider upgrading and improving its amenities.

Location is great right next to subway. The daily clean was good, new towels and water every day. The staff was very responsive and reacting immediately- whether to change the lightbulb or lend the iron. Overall a nice experience. However, the apartment looks very old and tired. Stains on the walls and ceiling, bathroom looks very tired (some parts of the taps look grimey, calcium residue on the glass etc). The apartment could definitely use a renovation.

Hotel is great and staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the Huaqiang Bay the electronics area in Shenzen. And well connected to metro locations. Highly recommend.
