This hotel is such great value for money! As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the cozy atmosphere of the lobby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even upgrading our room for free. The room itself was bright with excellent natural light, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job every day. Check-out was super quick, no waiting around at all. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right next to the subway, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

Over 1,000 for a suite on New Year's Eve, I wanted to celebrate and get a good night's sleep. My boyfriend was woken up by the bright light at 7 AM and couldn't go back to sleep. I was also bothered by it until past 10 AM. I finally had to call the front desk for eye masks, but their quality was terrible and uncomfortable to wear. The hotel facilities are completely unthoughtful and don't consider guests' needs. Staying here during a holiday made for a terrible experience. I honestly wanted to scream while trying to sleep that night. Look at the pictures yourself; it was even brighter than what's shown. Even closing the blinds in the bathroom didn't help; light still seeped through. Your hotel's design is truly odd. I've stayed in many hotels, but I'm blacklisting your brand permanently and will never recommend it to my friends.

I stayed for 4 consecutive days and had a fantastic experience. The location is very convenient, right next to a subway station and just one stop away from Futian Port. The bedding at the hotel was excellent; I usually struggle with insomnia, but I slept really well these past few days. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, right outside the subway station, which is super convenient. The room was okay, though the comforter had a few small stains. The breakfast was a KFC simple meal delivered by a robot, which was pretty good. However, one night at 2 AM, I was woken up by the robot's call because it delivered food to the wrong room. Then, I was woken up *again* by a call from the front desk saying they made a mistake. It was incredibly frustrating, I couldn't get back to sleep, and it was 2 AM! Other than that, everything else was fine.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the staff are always incredibly patient and provide excellent service. The environment is great, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I checked in past midnight due to a delayed flight and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the front desk staff was. She even offered a complimentary room upgrade and made it a point to follow my booking notes to not assigning me a corner room, which not all hotels would bother to take seriously if I don’t ask in person.
The location is perfect for any travellers catching an early train, Futian Railway Station was just a short 10 min drive away. I checked in late and had to leave early the next morning for Hong Kong, so this was a huge plus.
Room cleanliness and amenities were good for the price point. I didn’t have time to explore the surrounding area, so can’t comment much on nearby food or shopping options. But overall, I would be happy to stay here again on another business trip with a similar schedule.
