Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The layout is comfortable. I only took one photo, but my first impression was good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the door isn't great; I could hear noise from outside. As for amenities: there was no bathrobe, conditioner, or small mirror. Also, the paint on the ceiling of the shower area was peeling a bit.

My overall experience at the Hanting Hotel (Shenzhen Bao'an International Convention and Exhibition Center Branch) was excellent. The room design was simple and comfortable, and the hygiene was outstanding. The bedding was soft, and the complimentary tea set enhanced the overall comfort of my stay. The location is superb, being close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, making it ideal for business travelers with convenient transportation. The service was professional and efficient, and the front desk was responsive. The hotel's facilities are well-equipped, making it a reliable choice for business trips and trade show visits.

Loved it! This is a brand new 5.0 hotel and I really enjoyed the style. It's simple, comfortable, and all the facilities are new and very clean. Being right next to KKone is super convenient! There are tons of food options nearby, and a wide selection for delivery too. Transportation is also very accessible. They even gave us a little gift! Excellent!

Hampton by Hilton is just perfect! The subway station is right downstairs, and there are plenty of restaurants, tea houses, and snack bars all around, making transportation and dining incredibly convenient. The gym has treadmills and bikes, and the laundry and drying facilities are excellent. The housekeeping auntie is very kind. I stayed for six days and felt completely at home, just like being in my own house.

This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and I was really impressed! The location is super convenient, right by the subway. The facilities are brand new, and the whole hotel has a lovely, subtle tea scent. The room lighting and overall vibe were so comfortable that I actually slept better than I do at home! ☺️ The hot water came on instantly, which was great. Plus, the room had beautiful tea sets, and you could even get refills for the tea leaves. 🥺 I'll definitely be back!

The location is convenient, very close to where I needed to go for my business trip, which was great. The room environment was decent, nothing to complain about. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll choose to stay here again for future business trips.

Great hotel! The only complaint is, the people staying at this hotel smoke in the elevator and somewhere inside the hotel. The smell of smoke can get into our bathroom through the drain hole. The hotel must be strict & charge penalties for smoking inside the hotel.

The hotel seems to be newly opened, right next to the cruise terminal. It's not too far to get food; a 10-minute taxi ride will take you to Sea World. The hotel is very new, with a spacious lobby that immediately greets you with a lovely tea fragrance upon entering. The environment is clean and quiet, and the service is thoughtful, making for a very comfortable stay. The robot at the front desk for delivering items is quite convenient, and they even provide slippers and toiletries for children. Food deliveries can also be brought up by the robot. The room is quite spacious, and they provide plenty of drinking water, which is very convenient for making tea. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom ensure that showering doesn't disturb anyone else.

The hotel's front desk service was attentive and enthusiastic. The breakfast was nutritious and healthy, and the room was very clean. The housekeeping auntie was also very kind. The hotel even offers a free shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station. It's truly great value for money, and I will definitely come back next time. A really excellent stay!

Overall, this hotel is just average. The interior design is pleasant, and the suite offers plenty of space. The room lighting is nice and well designed , and the bed is really comfortable to rest on. That said, there are quite a few downsides. The plastic-feel sofa feels oddly shaped and isn’t cosy at all. The air conditioning vent runs rather loudly. Instead of a regular room phone to the hotel services, there’s a speaker intercom which barely works. The shower is the biggest issue. Water pools up on the floor even though the drainage works fine, and I could clearly hear guests showering upstairs. The toilet also has weak flushing. I am not so sure if it just happens to my room 2028 as an individual case. On the bright side, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread is great with a wide range of choices. We are taking didi to places so I do not care about if there is any subway station nearby. I prefer a hotel with a proper pick up and drop off area which is very important for rainy days or during other extreme weather.
