This Vienna 3 Best Hotel is truly amazing! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable and soft. The service was also very attentive and warm, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend it to everyone! The front desk staff had a great attitude! I strongly recommend staying at this hotel! Extremely satisfied!! The breakfast attendant had a fantastic attitude, truly excellent. They even had separate sections for Chinese and Western meals.

Choosing the right hotel is so important when traveling, and this one really made my stay incredibly pleasant. The hotel's location is great; it's not too far from the scenic spots, just about a ten-minute taxi ride away. There are also convenience stores nearby, which is really handy for grabbing things. The room was spotless, and the pillows and blankets were so soft, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. All the staff were very welcoming; they'd even greet me proactively in the mornings, which felt very warm. While the room facilities weren't particularly luxurious, they were practical. The TV and WiFi worked smoothly, and there was plenty of hot water – a hot shower after a long day was just perfect for unwinding. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

The hotel is in a good location, close to Shenzhen University and South China University of Technology, but a little far from the subway station, a 15-minute walk. The room is not very big, but the sanitation is good. Although the decoration is a little old, the price/performance ratio is still acceptable. The only thing I can't accept is that the air conditioner outdoor unit is too noisy, just outside the window, especially at night when working together, there is a resonance sound with the wall, and I didn't sleep well that night. The breakfast is simple, and you have to walk to the small courtyard next to it to eat enough.
