I attempted to work things out with the hotel and trip.com prior to leaving an unfavorable review, since most customer reviews seemed like their experience was different. Hotel booking was for 7/17/2021. The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The common areas were clean. The staff we encountered were professional. The room we were booked into was right next to barking dogs. We were then swapped rooms with a couple that did not ”need” the suite they were booked into. The suite was not clean, we were in town for a wedding. I thought it smelled like dog, my husband thought it was feet. The air i the room was blasted on high but it was hot and muggy. We had enough time to change cloths and head to the venue. While at the wedding we kept thinking and talking about the state of the room, the thought of staying in that room was making me sick. After the wedding I went back to the hotel and we checked out that night and opted to drive the 3 hours back home. When checking out I opted not to say anything to the gentleman behind the desk because he was not very personable and In was alone. I personally would never stay in this hotel again.

Our reservations at another hotel fell thru last minute so we were looking for somewhere to stay while were actually driving to the ”Ville on a very busy weekend. This was available (albeit overpriced) and had decent reviews (liars, LOL). I booked it before discussing with my wife and she was like ”what have you done” when I told her where we were gonna stay. Hotel clerk laughed at us when we first asked about breakfast and then the elevator; they have neither. Stairwells smelled strongly of cigarette/**** smoke. Uncomfortabe mattresses. Low end dorm room quality furnishings. White powder substance on one bed comforter. ”Down there” hair (not ours) on the bathroom floor. But it wasn't until around midnight that the joint got lit (lit-erally). **** smoke started pouring into the hall across and beside our rooms. Tried to block it with a comforter but the gaps around the door were huge on all sides. Around 1:00 am we took our dress clothes down to the car so they wouldn't stink like **** the next day. Nobody got any sleep. I offered to find another place but my wife said we didn'tneed to waste any more $. I then offered to drive her around all night so she could sleep in the car but she ixnayed that as well. The bright side is that she has had endless laughs at my expense when she told ALL her friends and family about how bad it was. The ”I told you so” mileage on this stay looks to be unlimited. Stay elsewhere

Extremely overpriced for what you get. The front desk staff could speak very little English and struggled to understand anything. The lobby is the ultimate in deception, it's modeled to make you expect the rooms must also be decent.. but that is far from what you get. The rooms are very dated and cheaply furnished. The towels have long past their useable life long past of needed to be replaced. But to no real surprise is the breakfast.. if you can stretch your ability to call it that, hopefully I will be able to add a picture of that. The owner's investment into the ”breakfast” could not be more than five dollars at the most. The grounds are not maintained and in very poor condition. This property is a classic example of what's gone wrong in the medium priced hospitality industry in our country, foreign investment with the purpose to simply bleed the income without providing quality or service. This should be your very last resort in motels.
