Easy accomodation with very friendly receptionist. All staff throughout the building were very nice and the room was clean

Basic and not up to Quest standard. Usually stay at Quest in country towns and this one was vey old and dated. Curtains did not close properly meaning the room was light very early, lots of loud voices in hallway early in the morning and the rooms at the back where I was overlook a car park and the rubbish collecting early morning was enough to wake you up. Very limited parking onsite and I had to park on the street quite a distance as nothing close. Was told that staff park onsite for safety yet no concern for lone female guest having to walk back to hotel at night. Never had a quest where I could not park onsite.

Hi…Everything was as expected in a Quest apartment. Unfortunately the shower was terrible, only a dribble. Management need to look at this..

Great staff, friendly and helpful - location and facilities are good and covers your basic needs. Was a bit smelly due to treatment plant opposite but otherwise was ok. Would have been better with a balcony and more privacy. doors are loud when they open and close

Overall I very happy with our stay. We delt with helpful friendly staff at all interactions from booking to check in.Our room was clean and well appointed. Hotel was very close to our venue and centre of town so getting about was effortless. The only thing I was not 100% satisfied with was the mattress in the room, But that may be a matter of personal preference. I would stay again when in town.

Very close to town, supermarkets and gym (off-site but 24/7 available). I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very well equipped and sizeable. I was staying for business, and found everything comfortable and clean. The car park is under shade, which is important in heat!

My wife and I have stayed at Quest Shepparton for many years and always found the premises and staff to be exceptional. Having stayed at five star hotels throughout the world we can say without doubt that these apartments are world-class.

serviced apartment was clean and nice, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Located near the park and the Lake. Aldi and some restaurants are just a walking distance making it easier and quick access to groceries and outside food, plus they also deliver through menulog service in the room.
