This property is in dire need of a refurbishment/remodel. It is very outdated and the room did not have a clean look. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets and towels looked clean but were worn and old. We stayed for 2 nights. They did not come to make beds or change towels on second day. I had to contact the front desk for fresh towels and I was told to come down and get some. Carpet did not look clean. Pool area had trash laying around. There were not any clean towels in the pool area.

1950s hotel trying to make a revival probably by a new owner. Hotel rooms are located across a four-lane highway from the main lobby and restaurant. They have a walkway that is two stair flights up but no elevator and two flights down.to cross street. Our room had a front door and a back door. The back door opened up to a road, stop sign 8 feet away. Kitty corner to a liquor store in a very economically depressed neighborhood. Fortunately, with the chain, the deadbolt, and the chair jammed up against the door, we figured we had a chance if someone attempted to kick it in. We were on an Our StateMagazine bus tour. I will say the staff pleasant.

A good greeting by a receptionist who was charming. The room was comfortable, the lobby inviting. No problem with the hotel straddling a main road, but others may object.
The breakfast itself and the arrangement was pretty dire. The coffee machine is just not suited to a motel, too fussy, and takes too long. The breakfast bar is way too long, and not logically arranged. The cereal options are dire. The room itself is dim, gloomy, even on a beautiful morning.
The hotel itself is looking tired, and is in need of an upgrade

Rooms are out of the 80s. Never updated. The walls are paper thin. Enjoy listening to your neighbors whisper while the sound of traffic permeates your room.

Hotel was great. Wish breakfast was served longer. This specific hotel in Sheridan Wy serves breakfast from 7-9.

checked in at 3p, had to wait an hour in the lobby because our room hadn’t been cleaned. when we finally got to our room, it was very dirty. there was some random person’s pajamas in the bathroom, dust and hair on almost every surface. the sheets were stained. booked the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was full of hair and soap scum. clearly wasn’t cleaned at all. also had black mold on the grout in the corner. had housekeeping come back and clean it again, but it was still not very clean. we didn’t even end up using the jacuzzi, so paid extra for nothing. literally had to go to the store and buy cleaning wipes to make the room decently clean. staff was pleasant to deal with and apologized, but nothing else was done about the poor quality of the room. more than likely won’t stay here again.

We picked the location for the EV supercharging right at the parking lot by the check-in. The staff were friendly, the pool refreshing, and the breakfast was among the best of the free Best Western fare. it was also in a nice room that made you want to linger.
