Staff was very friendly, room was very clean. The breakfast was poor. Hashbrowns were cold and some were still frozen. Bagels were tough from being microwave once or twice or more.

Hotel was good value and easy access. Unfortunately, the people next to and across the hall ran back and forth until nearly midnight, slamming doors and talking loudly. NO consideration for others. Not the hotel's fault.

An average place to stay when saving money on a room is the issue. I wish the room was a bit more comfortable and the staff more responsive sending me my receipt, which I still haven't received after 2 requests.

The employee that checked us in was fantastic. He double checked that I wasn't getting charged twice, he helped me out quickly when I left my keys in the room and was very speedy with check-in. Room was also great. Will definitely stay here again.

Our door key wouldn’t consistently work, the tv was off line and wouldn’t work. The front desk wasn’t very friendly about fixing it
