The hotel is very clean and tidy, but I don't know if it is newly renovated or something else. The smell in the corridor is a bit obvious. The coffee bar always supplies and provides hot water. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite Target, and there is 88 Chinese restaurant next door. I ordered barbecued pork fried rice in the evening. It tastes good, and there's an American breakfast shop called Danny's diagonally across the street, which is very convenient.
The parking lot is large, and there are two gas stations at the intersection, but I found a lower one on GMAP.

Very good location with easy access to freeway and retail/restaurant. Clean and safe neighborhoods. The staffs are very nice and kind. The two bed suite was perfect for my family.

I stayed with family and had a pleasant one.
Only con is the noise of traffic because our room was facing the road.
Pros
The property is close to Universal Studios 15min drive without traffic. There is Costco and target nearby.
Breakfast is free and had decent options not plenty.
