Very good, very helpful, and the environment is very good! The bed is very comfortable. There is a chop restaurant next to it where you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a perfect experience. To me, this hotel feels like at least four stars.

Wifi doesn't work. Pool area smaller than pictures. No staff knew how much the robes cost. But it was ok.

Modern, spacious and very clean. Room upgraded upon check in. Filtered water available in the first floor. Ensure if you prefer to drink bottled water to bring one. Also, conversations in the hallway is very much audible. Easy check out.

There were no towels available for the pool or hot tub and there were dirty ones all over the floor area when coming in. All the vending machines were cash only and there was no atm in the hotel. Extremely busy although it was a weekend. Kids running around jumping in the hot tub and down the halls unsupervised.
