There was a vacancy on the internet that said pets were allowed, so when I made a reservation online, I was forced to receive a one-sided email the next day saying, "The room with pets is fully booked, so the reservation has been cancelled." was canceled. After that, I called and said, "Isn't it terrible to cancel without consultation?" Furthermore, I was told, "I'm going to ask you to confirm whether you're bringing pets in advance." , "That's how we do it." I was treated badly and made me feel bad.
