最初の駐車場での出迎えサービスから最後の見送りまでおもてなしを感じるとても素敵なお宿でした。
石段を眺めながら二つの泉質を楽しめる温泉はもちろん、一つ一つのお皿に拘りを感じるお料理。そしてお料理もすごく美味しかったです！
群馬に住む知人に玉樹さんに泊まったとあとで教えたらあそこのご飯美味しいよね！とすぐ返事が来たので地元でも有名な様子。
あ、あと、お風呂の洗い場に着いていたミラブルバスのシャワーヘッドにも感動しました！

日帰り温泉を堪能させて頂きました。入浴料はレンタルタオルを含めて1,500円(現金のみ)でした。 とても気持ちの良い温泉施設で、谷川連峰を含む雪山の景色は素晴らしかったです。また旅館のスタッフの皆さんにも丁寧に対応頂きました。 今度は是非宿泊利用したいと思いました。

「はしわたし」にということで、 お箸をプレゼント いただきました。 気配りのある旅館です。 お食事も一品 フレンチっぽいのが入って工夫を感じました。 ただ4つ 星にしたのは なかなか人手不足なのでしょうか フロントに電話をかけてもなかなか 出なかったりとか、 ちょっと説明が甘いのかなという感じがしたからです。 さわさりながら、 新宿からの高速バス停から歩いて2,3分ですし、お風呂も いいお風呂でした しまた機会があれば行きたいです。

伊香保温泉の石段街の近くにある老舗の温泉宿。 心温まるもてなしに定評があります。 特徴的なのは、玄関が二つあり、通常使われる玄関以外にも石段側からも入館することができます。 多くのお宿では、スリッパなどでの館内移動が多いですが、ここは全館畳敷きなので、素足で歩いて館内を歩くことができます。 お料理も美味しく、かつ量も適当なものでした。 また浴場も広さが十分でゆったり寛ぐことができました。 一方、良いお宿であるからこその一家言ですが、振る舞いにまだ発展途上のスタッフさんが何人か見受けられました。先達から良い教えを受けて立派なスタッフとして成長していくことを期待したいです。 また、足をマッサージする機械が部屋にも置かれていました。お風呂上がりにあるマッサージ機は頻度高めに清掃をしていると思いますが、部屋置きの機械の衛生状態はどうなのか、少し気になりました。せっかくのありがたい配慮なので、「クリーニング済」などの表示があると、もっと気持ち良く使えたと思います。

心温まる御もてなしがあります。観光地の中心地ですので、どの方面にも迎えます。お湯がいい、、。透明系と黄金系、、、どちらも楽しめますし、湯冷めしません。お食事も大満足。アレルギーなどの情報も事前お知らせすればそれに対応して下さいます。定宿の方が多いのも頷けますね、、、。Pも旅館下と離れにもあります。離れへは送迎ワゴンが活躍中。遠く連山が望める西側の部屋だとその山々を見ながら個室露店風呂がある部屋も選択できます。下足を脱ぎ、裸足や靴下のみの館内は自宅に居る感も、、。

久しぶりの伊香保でしたが、玄関から温泉の香りが漂いました。 お部屋に露天風呂も付いておりましたが、大浴場の金泉が最高でした！ 夕食、朝食共に大満足でした。日本旅館って２食も付いて本当にリーズナブルだと恐縮してしまいます。 美しい所作と豊かな女将さんの御挨拶には、感激いたしました。また、すべてのお献立の説明のおできになる仲居さんも素晴らしいです。 それから、お部屋にご用意いただきましたお茶盆に感激しました。お茶菓子といただきますと？至福の時間を愉しめます。勿論、売店にて購入いたしました。 お世話になりました。 次回は何月に伺おうか？悩んでます…笑

家庭的な雰囲気で肩肘張らずに訪問できる。スタッフさんたちの笑顔と応対に宿の自信と誇りを感じる。男女それぞれの露店風呂や屋内風呂は最高でした。自慢の黄金の湯に入ると湯冷めしません。夏場には酷かな??料理も５ツ星でした。伊香保温泉のバス停も目前ですので新宿パスタからも利便性が高いです。一番下にありますから、伊香保神社への参拝は365段を登る必要があります(笑)ゆっくり上がってください。常連客も多そうでした。

大型旅館ではない良さが感じられます、スタッフ皆さん感じが良くて女将さんも素敵な方です！ お風呂は湯舟すべてが温泉ではない？！ですが、濁り湯の伊香保温泉感は最高です。 石階段が眺望できるお部屋で夜のライトUPも綺麗に見えました、食事は夜、朝とも味付けはもちろん見た目も家族全員が大満足でした。またお世話になりたい宿候補です
