服務很好，我們訂的日式套房，房間裏很漂亮，窗外風景很好，但是廁所很臭！！！！還會臭到房間裏來，這點很不好，唯一的大缺點！！早餐吃的一般般，晚餐那頓還行，無功無過。就是房間裏的廁所真的太臭了，下次不會再去了😭

■良かったところ 場所： 有名な石段街の途中にあるお宿で、利便性が良い。 清潔さ： 老舗旅館ということもあり施設自体はかなり古いが、リフォームされている箇所も結構あり、脱衣所やトイレは場所によってはかなり綺麗だった。 サービス： スタッフは基本的に丁寧で親切。 外国の従業員も居たが、皆さん丁寧で好感が持てた。 価格： 露天風呂は0時で男女入れ替えもあり、大浴場と合わせると3箇所楽しめる。 食事も美味しかったし、カラオケが好きなので旅館内で楽しめたのも良かった。 旅行パックで電車代込みで1人24,300円で泊まったが、価格としてはかなり満足できたと思う。 食事： 夕食朝食付きプランだった。 非常に沢山の量が出て食べきれないほどだった。 設備： アメニティが充実していた。 雰囲気： 全体的に雰囲気が良かった。 スタッフさんが温かいお声をかけてくれるのが印象的だった。 ■悪かったところ 場所： こればっかりは仕方ないが、景観がいまいち。 周りの老朽化してボロボロの旅館が嫌でも目につくし、不気味だと感じる。 清潔さ：部屋も広く綺麗だったが、レースカーテンが結露跡なのか茶色く変色しているところがあった。 カーテンが汚れているとそれだけで気分が低下するので、そこは改善してほしい。 サービス： カラオケで途中テレビの電源が切れてしまい、対応をお願いしたが、２０分以上放置され、催促の電話を入れたら、「わかってますよ」的な扱いを受けて腹がたった。時間制の料金なのにこの対応は酷いと思った。 DAM機本体の小窓で歌詞は表示されていたのでクレームとしては上げなかったが納得はいっていない。

かけ流し露天風呂付きのやや広い部屋に家族で宿泊しました。温泉は良かったですが、昔ながらの古い温泉旅館です。ハイシーズンで割高でしたが伊香保温泉は割と人気があるので仕方ありません。温泉は掛け流しのため成分が固まりますがそれを抜きにしても水回りやサッシの黒カビ等が汚れがあり気になりました。二重サッシは曇っており景色はあまり見えませんでした。食事は特別感はあまり感じませんでした。

2月の団体旅行下調べのため、多分一番安い価格のツイン1泊2食を、夫婦で利用しました。 駐車場は別場所なので、玄関前で降りた後、旅館の方に移動してもらい、朝持ってきてもらいます。（車の中に忘れ物をしないように）ただ高級車なら玄関横づけ駐車できます。 石段まで徒歩5分くらいでいいロケーションです。 全体的に古い建物ですが、清潔です。今回は安さを重視して、部屋からの眺望なしを選んだので眺望は不問です。 風呂は、露天と内風呂が別々（同じ階）で、１つの内風呂が改装中・使用できず、もう1つのものを男女時間交替でした。やはり不便です。露天風呂は24時間入浴できます。 食事は、夕・朝とも必要十分でした。

Location is about half way up the Ikaho Stairs, only a 3-minute walk. The Onsen was quite large, with an outdoor bath overlooking the area. The waters are clear but when they touch oxygen they turn a golden color, rich in iron with those health properties. There is also another outdoor bath, and one large indoor-bath with hot springs water flowing down the rocks. Very calming. Men and women alternate sides at midnight so don't miss one of the baths. We had a really nice room on the 8th Floor with Western-style beds, very large entry way, a Tatami room with a splendid view of the Akakgi Renzan mountains. The Biggest surprize: the room had a complete chashitsu- Japanese room for serving tea, complete with its own tokonoma, water server in the tatami, and an entrance that is only a meter high (sit on your knees and slide through). If you request it, they could arrange a little ceremony for you! Pick up some of their Daruma senbei cookies for a great present. To be honest, the outside is pretty shabby, when we drove up I said, "What have I gotten us into?" Inside is very clean and new for a hotel built in 1868!

女将さん、チェクイン時に出迎えて頂き、チェックアウト時見送って頂きました。もしかして、宿泊者全員に対応されているのでしょうか？しかも玄関先でです。恐縮しました。又、食事は大感激です。創作料理なんでしょうか?見た目では味が思い浮かばず、食べめみて、改めて味に感動する感じです。しかも、料理の殆どがそんな驚きを与えてくれます。お風呂は書くまでもありませんね。源泉かけ流し、薄暗い中の湯けむりに時代を感じます。正直言ってお値段がリーズナブルなので期待はしませんでしたが、逆に金額が安すぎて恐縮です。子供達がそれぞ伴侶を得て、何回もないだろうからと、昔の家族だけの旅行でした。いい思い出になりました。

お正月のGOTOを利用して訪問。はじめての伊香保温泉でしたが、なんだか正月初めから失敗した気持ち。お料理がイマイチでした。○天トラベルの口コミは参考にならないとあ改めて感じました。
