The room facilities and hot spring facilities are good, but as a long-established Japanese hotel, maybe because the hotel has grown bigger, the staff are far less warm and friendly than the staff of small Japanese hotels, which is regrettable.

The hot spring is first-rate. The room has an ancient style.

温泉良かったです。

かけ流しで湯量は多い。複数の浴場があるためか、混み合う事なく入浴できた。 建物はリノベーションされ、綺麗。ただし、改築を繰り返したのか建物の構造は複雑。 食事も美味しく適量。ロビーのフリードリンク（コーヒー等）の他、館内あちこちに水分補給できる設備があり良かった。

フロントやスタッフの方々の対応は素晴らしかったです。展望大浴場も気持ちよかったけどミストサウナが少しぬるくてちょっと残念でした。 朝食はとても美味しかったです！

We enjoyed several hot springs with excellent quality, including the large public bath, the open-air bath, and the open-air bath in the annex. The temperature felt a little hot at first, but once you got used to it, it felt just right, and it was good for a child's first hot spring. The women's bath had more amenities than the men's, and the quality of the hair dryers was better, so it seems to be more enjoyable for women. The staff were friendly to both Japanese and foreigners, and they lent us a foot towel when we used the foot bath after checking out, which was helpful. The room was a Japanese-style room that was more than enough for three people. There were many items for dinner, but the overall volume was small. The main target may be an older age group. Breakfast was a buffet, and we could choose from a variety of things we liked, which was nice.
