因為疫情沒去住，聯繫酒店沒法退房，而且服務態度差，攜程也打了幾個電話來催，最後雖然沒住，但還是付了房錢。我覺得疫情期間應該多一點理解，我去貴州的時候，因為要核酸檢測報告才可以去住，我和朋友9點多的時候在網上訂了房間，結果無法入住，他們還是給退了房間。但是施甸運來大酒店在我聯繫了攜程客服之後要退房，還要我付款50的違約金，訂個房間才95，結果要付款50的違約金，我覺得完全不合理。
