Facilities: A bit dated and not equipped with smart control systems.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining at nearby malls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided thoughtful service. A unique Xinjiang touch was the San Pao Tai tea ceremony in the lobby, and we were even treated to complimentary fruit, dried fruit, and yogurt. The breakfast was also very generous. It was an extremely satisfying stay, and I'm already planning to return in August, choosing Runchang Hotel again!

STAY AWAY from this hotel! I stayed here with my elderly parents and kids, and the experience was unbelievably bad. We simply asked for a few extra bottles of mineral water, and they actually told us they'd charge for anything over four 500ml bottles?! I've stayed in countless hotels, both domestically and internationally, and I've never encountered such a penny-pinching policy.
It's already challenging enough traveling with seniors and young children, so to be so miserly about basic drinking water is absolutely infuriating. Attention to detail reveals true service, and with this kind of attitude, I honestly don't recommend anyone come here to be frustrated. When you're on vacation, you want peace of mind. Be sure to choose your hotel wisely – don't let this place spoil your trip!
