每次來石河子都住這家酒店，早餐相當豐富，以前還有晚上的自助餐也不錯，這次去好像沒有了，很可惜。酒店乾淨整潔，服務也很好

傳統酒店，位置方便，大樓漂亮氣派，有很大的停車場，自駕友好。雖然已經開業幾年，但設施還比較新，乾淨整潔，房間大，有歡迎水果和酸奶、堅果，早餐選擇也較多。需要提升的是服務，整體感覺服務人員不太熱情，公事公辦的樣子，希望改進。

酒店是典型的老四星酒店的感覺，設施和衞生還可以，早餐不錯。但是酒店的服務可差強人意了，酒店要求中午退房，因為有長者和孩子商量一下能否晚退兩個小時，前台服務員冷冰冰一句不行。我們定了三間房，給我晚退一間也行啊。這服務真是一點都不人性化。

飯店位置很好。出门右转到万达广场，或左转到歺飲店林立的街道，也只需十分钟左右，可感受石河子市民的生活。
飯店旺中带静，房间整洁卫生，可睡得很香。
前台服务員態度友善，工作效率高，一分钟左右便办好入住登記。
到石河子，润昌值得推荐！
