This is such an amazing hotel. We had an excellent stay with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, happy and comfortable. Thank you for being so amazing and making us fall in love with Shijiazhuang! The facilities are fantastic (although the dry sauna is only available in the men’s changing room, the ladies did have a wet steam room) with a well-equipped gym for cardio and weight training, a great swimming pool and spacious yoga studio. The coffee and food were excellent with an impressive spread at breakfast. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Above all what stood out most is how hard-working and kind the staff are, in a really beautifully designed setting with the best range of facilities we have experienced in China so far. Thank you for an amazing highlight to our trip 😁

The staff is very helpful and kind. Almost everyone speaks English. All requests were fulfilled. Several times, they provided prompt assistance due to my lack of knowledge about the city.

To All,
Excellent experience, a new hotel, the room were premiere, the restaurant with delicious food and nice people.
The team of the hotel always help us with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and even asking for DIDI taxis for us. Especially with the difficulties of the language.
No more than good comments and thanks for all the people that work there. Help us a lot during our 4 days business trip in Shijiazhuang

Hotel is in a neighborhood that is still under development so a little harder to find. In terms of service, this was extraordinary. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
