First off, the room was very clean, which put my mind at ease. Secondly, the service was excellent; the staff were patient and enthusiastic. Finally, considering the location, the price is actually very reasonable. It's really great value for money. Right across the street is the Provincial Second Hospital, making it very convenient to stay here if you're coming for a check-up. The room even thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers, and there's a robot for food delivery. Since delivery drivers can't come upstairs, the robot takes their place, which made me feel very secure. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The sheets and duvet covers were tattered; they really should be replaced as it significantly impacts the guest experience. After all, I chose this hotel over others because of its brand image, and cleanliness and tidiness are basic expectations. Also, the facilities generally seem a bit old.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Provincial Second Hospital, making it very easy for medical appointments. There are also tons of dining options nearby. Both the subway and bus stops are easily accessible. The self-service check-in machines significantly reduced waiting times, which was a huge plus! Plus, having a little robot deliver food for takeout orders was incredibly convenient. They also have luggage storage lockers, which is great for guests who want to explore the area after checking out. It's fantastic! 😀
