Yunzhen Century Hotel

My friend and I stayed at the Century Hotel, and the breakfast restaurant had a lovely atmosphere with very polite staff. There was a wide variety of breakfast items, including many local specialties. My friend and I really enjoyed it, and the restaurant staff even prepared coffee for us to take on the road, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service at Century Hotel is truly heartwarming!

This was my first time passing through Shijiazhuang, and I was genuinely surprised by this hotel. During the May Day holiday, the room rate was around 400 RMB, and it included breakfast. It felt like a suite, or at least had that kind of spaciousness. The in-room facilities were incredibly new. You could tell it was an older five-star hotel, but I was really surprised by how modern and well-maintained everything was. Plus, it had all the amenities you could ask for, like a humidifier and an air purifier. The bedding clearly had a very high thread count, making for a super comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very generous. I'm extremely satisfied!

Chose Yunzhen for our family trip to Shijiazhuang, and the location is truly excellent. Shopping malls and restaurants are all within easy reach, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious enough for us all, no crowding at all. For a city center hotel, the value for money is really impressive. The service was thoughtful; even with kids, checking in was hassle-free. It's a one-stop solution for travel and dining, perfect for family outings. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

Had an excellent stay! The hotel is centrally located, right next to MixC shopping mall and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding was comfortable, and the smart amenities really highlighted the quality. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The heated pool, gym, and other facilities were all excellent, truly showcasing the care and attention to detail you'd expect from a five-star hotel.

The buffet breakfast at Shijiazhuang Yunzhen Shijia Grand Hotel truly deserves high praise! The dishes are incredibly substantial, offering a complete selection of both Chinese and Western options. For Chinese cuisine, there's freshly prepared lamb soup, crispy sesame flatbreads, soft fried cakes, as well as piping hot congee and freshly made wontons – all authentic and heartwarming. The Western section features delicate pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, and freshly ground coffee; everything is fresh and exquisite, and the flavors are consistently excellent. The restaurant environment is upscale and comfortable, clean and tidy, with well-arranged tables and chairs, creating a quiet and relaxing dining atmosphere. And the service is even more thoughtful. The staff are always smiling, proactively guiding guests to their seats. Empty plates are cleared immediately, and dishes are refilled diligently – the attention to detail is superb. The overall experience was wonderful; a single breakfast brought such a feeling of happiness. This is a must-try if you come to Shijiazhuang!

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the airport and train station. It's a refreshing start to the New Year, and I really enjoyed the self-service fruit selection. Front desk staff H J provided warm and thoughtful service. The robot delivery for takeout was safe and convenient.

Cloud Hotel is my top choice for business trips. The front desk service is incredibly professional. A lovely lady named Xian Er even upgraded my room, and the night view was absolutely stunning! Both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The concierge, Rong, provided us with an in-room escort, explaining the room facilities and nearby transportation. The golden key holder, Alan, also gifted us with welcome fruits. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhuangli.

An unexpected delightful stay! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and commercial areas. It's quiet and comfortable with very attentive service. The hotel environment is peaceful, featuring a Golden Key concierge who personally escorts you to your room and provides a detailed introduction. They also offer many personalized and thoughtful services. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The recommendations for Zhiyins, Zhengtai, and Wanlimiao were fantastic – we had a great time and got a real feel for Shijiazhuang's culture and history.
