超預期的入住體驗，位置交通超便利，步行可達地鐵站和商圈。安靜，舒適，服務非常細緻，酒店環境安靜，配備金鑰匙崗、有全程帶房以及房間介紹，而且有很多個性化與人性化服務，入住退房手續辦理速度也很快。給推薦的織音、正太、灣裏廟玩的很開心，感受了石家莊的人文歷史。

世紀飯店入住體驗超預期！交通位置絕對是一流，中山路市中心，東南西北地鐵貫穿。辦理入住高效快速，有禮賓員帶我到房間，感覺朝向不好，提出換房需求，很快就有金鑰匙送來新房卡，幫我換房期間還給我介紹了酒店周邊的特色餐廳、熱門景點、商場位置。整個服務過程熱情周到，沒有一點不耐煩。很不錯的一家星級酒店。

Excellent Stay with Exceptional Service
We stayed at Yun-Zen Century Hotel as a family and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the area.
I would especially like to highlight the outstanding room service provided by Zhang Feifei, who was extremely attentive and made our stay very pleasant. Even though it was rainy during our visit, the hotel kindly provided us with additional umbrellas without any hassle.
The reception staff were also very helpful — arranging a late checkout was smooth and easy.
Thank you again for the warm hospitality!

Excellent location, 2 big shopping malls just opposite the Hotel, MRT, airport shuttle also just near by. The food street is nice too, and a lot varieties to choose. Staff offered a free room upgrade just because of the spoiled TV.
