New Shanghai International Hotel

The hotel I searched online was easy to find. It was not too far from the provincial museum and scenic spots. The transportation was convenient. The waiters were nice. The hotel was clean. There was a buffet. However, the breakfast was not cost-effective. There were many types. The bathroom was also separated into dry and wet areas.

There are new surprises every time I come. This time I got a salary increase. The service details are in place. The front desk service is enthusiastic. The room is as clean and tidy as always. It is worth recommending

All aspects of the hotel are very good and cost-effective. However, the manager on duty at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel had a very bad attitude that day. I booked lunch for the next day on the second night of my stay, requested that the food be served by 11:15, and paid for the meal in advance. The next day at noon, due to negligence of the staff, the serving time was delayed by about half an hour. Forty minutes later, there was still one dish that had not been served. However, due to the tight schedule at noon, I could no longer continue my meal and asked to return the dish that had not yet been served, but was treated badly by the manager on duty. The service of the restaurant staff was very good, but the manager left a very bad impression on me. I hope your restaurant will do better and better, and I also hope that the position of restaurant manager can be taken by someone with a stronger service-oriented mindset.

酒店位置並不在市內繁華區，但屬於同檔次佼佼者。商務標間乾淨整潔舒適明亮，一切如同新裝修的一般，令人很舒服。服務熱情，停車方便。酒店自有飯店，就餐方便。唯一不足之處是電視不夠清晰，看電視有點累眼睛（可能衹是我們房間有問題）。一次很好的入住體驗。
