The hotel is quite good, and the location is very convenient. Service: Excellent and very thoughtful! All the front desk staff were wonderful and warm. Facilities: They look very new. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, even under the bed was spotless.

The environment is very clean, tidy, and upscale. The staff are all very friendly; they smile and greet guests, which gives a great overall impression. Plus, it's very close to attractions, just a short taxi ride away.

Clean and hygienic with attentive service. They even offer a light meal in the evening. This brand is always reliable, and my experience in Shijiazhuang was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to MixC Mall and the train station. I'm very satisfied.

From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was warm, friendly, and well-trained. Check-in was swift, and they proactively answered all my questions, making me feel right at home. The lobby and public areas are stylishly designed, and the room itself was spotless, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. All in all, it was an excellent value for money experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang!

Traveling during the National Day holiday, the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic ❤️. The hotel covered the parking fees and even gave us a fridge magnet. They also offered a late-night snack from 9 PM to 11 PM. The breakfast was quite good too. My eldest is already 1.5 meters tall, and some hotels charge extra for meals for kids her age, but this hotel didn't, we could just go in and eat. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time.

Conveniently located with excellent service. Although the facilities are a bit dated, it was still a comfortable stay. The service, especially the warm and friendly front desk staff, was outstanding. Highly recommend to all.

The facilities and services are all great. They offer free congee late at night, and laundry is convenient. You can help yourself to coke and mineral water. The only downside is the inconvenient parking. There are only three parking spaces right outside, which really tests your driving skills. Although the nearby parking lot isn't far, you have to drive around a whole loop to get to it because the traffic light at the entrance is only for pedestrians. Vehicles have to go to the next intersection to make a U-turn to reach the parking lot. This isn't very friendly for elderly people with mobility issues or tourists with a lot of luggage.

The stay was very pleasant. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the location was quite convenient. The service was excellent. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a refrigerator in the room.
