This hotel is super new, and the high-speed rail station is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. I booked a deluxe king room this time, which was quite spacious for me. The minibar was well stocked with drinks, so I could get a cold one on a hot day. It was great and highly recommended. The breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

LLexiaoyao626The room equipment is indeed too old and has been eliminated by the times. The small bed is surprisingly narrow. It is especially inconvenient to take a shower in the rain. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Half of the outside is glass, which is awkward and dangerous. This must be improved as soon as possible to eliminate hidden dangers. The curtains are the kind that can only be made up in ordinary small hotels.
The waiter is very good! Especially the little girl who answers the phone at the front desk switchboard is very cultured. Hearing her gentle voice and polite answers to questions on the other end makes people feel like home. The hardware here is seriously insufficient, and it is indeed compensated by software.
Thank you for the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the service staff. Thank you for letting the robot deliver our takeaways as soon as possible without any worries.

LLedouliangbaikaiThis stay was a pleasant surprise! Even though the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, everything else was absolutely fantastic. The room was incredibly clean, especially the smart toilet – it was so convenient and thoughtful, really showing attention to detail.
The shower was also amazing; the water pressure and temperature were just right, and the hot water came on instantly, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with great value for money. I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance!

First of all, the quality was indeed low, and then the staff at the door said, ”Don't look at it as a Beijing-licensed car, these cars have the lowest quality”... I think there is nothing wrong with what he said. Look at the impression it leaves on outsiders, but I suggest that the driver's ID card be displayed on his car in the future so that people can see where the driver is from and they will understand. Those who understand will understand... Don't always drive a Beijing-licensed car to make Beijingers hate you... Let's get back to the point. The hotel environment is nothing to say. The elders said that it can be compared with the Taihu Hotel in Wuxi. It should be very beautiful when the lights are on at night, but time was too tight and I didn't have time to walk around the hotel... The hotel service is very poor, especially the service in the Chinese restaurant, which can be described as unbearable. The details are written in the restaurant reviews... And when you need something during your stay and contact the waiter, it is often not delivered. You need to make several calls and it takes a long time before it is delivered. I think this hotel is probably endorsed by the government, otherwise it shouldn't be so bad. Care about reputation... The breakfast level is low in this level of hotel, not many varieties, and the grade is not high... The hardware facilities are OK, but the corridor is illuminated by the skylight, and it will be dim at night... It was 10 o'clock in the evening on the second day of check-in, and the hotel's automatic sprinkler for watering the flowers was still on, absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk and at first they said it was not their hotel's responsibility and asked me to call 12345. It was really ridiculous... Later they said it was their hotel's responsibility and asked the construction workers to turn it off. It took half an hour and two calls to turn it off. The service is really ridiculous... The software needs to be greatly improved. In summary, the park environment is among the best in this level of hotel, and the service is also very bad in this level of hotel... However, we lived on the third floor, and the service attitude of the female waiter who cleaned the room was particularly good. I don't know her name. I really want to praise her. When I asked her, she just said to give the hotel a good review. Not every one of her colleagues can make people feel at home like her... Figure 2 shows the place where watering was still on at 10 o'clock in the evening...

From the moment you step into the hotel, been greeted with a friendly and helpful front desk, Hannah. Suddenly spike in temperature within the state on the day of arrival, resulting in hotter rooms. Hannah arranged for viewing and swapping of rooms without any hassle.
Kara during check out provided a hassle free experience, as I was in the hurry to leave for the train station. She has offered to connect with me through WeChat instead if there’s anything amiss.
Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, top-
notch service.
Location of hotel is near the Railway Walking Street with tons of food options available together with a huge mall for shopping and food too.

Aac88The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request.
Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel.
The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

NNicDOverall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.
